What really sucks is the cheeryleading and evangelism for Jira almost like a cult by the very people who are not responsible for resolving issues. Side channeling by email/phone with expenditure of social capital to devs in the know is quicker with our mutual wink wink agreement to file and close the Jira ticket to appease the higher ups above.
