Another opinion →Let me paint you a picture: I’m trying to get shit done. I open a Jira Product Discovery issue and boom, 4 to 5 seconds of dead air like it’s dialling up to the 2000s. Try comparing a few issues? Forget it. Open more than one tab and you’re rate-limited like some freeloader hammering an API from a toaster.
It pretends to support structured thinking. Goals, opportunities, solutions, all that good shit. But there is no real hierarchy, no tree-style view to show how things actually connect. Connections exist, sure, but they are useless. I want a clear, expandable structure. I get a pile of limbs thrown in a heap. Filters? Overbuilt garbage. Too clever to be usable. Too dumb to be helpful.
And exports? The sweet promise of a spreadsheet turns into rage fuel. Custom fields with the same name get duplicated into separate columns. Why? Who the fuck knows. I wanted clarity, not a data-cleaning side quest.
Fuck this tool. I’m going back to sticky notes and yelling across the room.
