Another opinion →My company recently moved from an ancient on-prem version of Jira to cloud Jira and um. Wow. The user experience is a genuine major downgrade that is causing issues. I’m happy to have plugins that work again but the workflow to do anything has become such a pain in the ass, even outside of having to re-train everyone on what to do. All I can think is having to take the hit and do a lot of the ticket upkeep for people myself, even though that’s so stupid.
